When is my next treatment?
This article covers lawn treatment scheduling and how to know when your next treatment will be.
If you're inquiring about treatment date because you have a specific event coming up, please create a ticket in your customer portal and let us know. We can get more detailed information and put a note on your account.
Approximate Service Calendar
Below is an approximate time table for when you can expect us on your lawn for normal services, and how often we will be at your home during those periods. Depending on where you're located geographically you could be on the front end of a round or the tail end of a round.
- The table below is for routine services. New customers, added services, or special jobs can occur all times throughout the year.
|
Timeframe |
Services Occurring |
How Often? |
| January - Mid-April | Pre & post-emergent weed spraying | Once per property |
| April - June | Aeration | Once per property |
| July | Grub & Armyworm Prevention | Once per property |
| April-September | Fertilizer (including quick start & winterizer) | Every 5-7 weeks per property |
| August-October | Pre & post-emergent weed spraying | Once per property |
Depending on what service was done for you most recently, and which services you have on your account, we can determine approximately when your next treatment will be.
An Example
For example, if you receive your first treatment towards the middle of February. Based on the table above, you can see that our first treatment spans January through mid-April to get through all customers. Because you received your first treatment in approximately the middle of that span (mid-February), you can assume you're in the middle of our route.
Now, fertilizer begins in mid-April. As you can see on the table above, it takes us around 6 weeks to get all of our customers fertilized. So, since you were at the half-way mark on treatment one, you'll be about the same on the following rounds. So in this case, if we start fertilizer on April 15, you'll be probably somewhere around 3 weeks after we started.
Then, you'll be receiving fertilizer every 5-7 weeks through the summer.
- We re-build our routes each year. In other words, you could be at the end of a route one year and the beginning of the route the next year. We try to avoid changing this up much, but it can happen occasionally. We can't fulfil requests to place you at the beginning or end of a round because it causes us to increase our price for our customers due to lost efficiency.
